This year half of the profits from the Big Faringdon Gig will be going to support the work of the Helen and Douglas House Hospice in Oxford.

The hospice is a registered charity that provides respite and end of life care for children and young adults with life-shortening conditions as well as support and friendship for the whole family. Children can stay at Helen House and young adults at Douglas house, along with families, for short periods of time for rest and recuperation, treatment of distressing symptoms and end of life care and support.

On the 5th July a number of volunteers from Helen and Douglas House will be helping on the day and will be available to answer questions about the work of the hospice.
